Aramon Abjur, the new Arbiter of Greater Xavax, flexed his newly won power by executing Stegman Hemmings today. Stegman, who had fled to Minas Nova after a failed assassination attempt on Xerarch Selenia JeVondair, had made himself a thorn in the side of The Imperium for a long while, repeatedly managing to escape custody before permanent measures could be taken against him under the previous Arbiter. He found no such luck when captured by the guards of the tax offices of Itor Boss (incidentally the region of the new Arbiter) and sent before Aramon who, after a morning torture session where he removed the assassins tongue and fingers, brought him before the public and had him messily drawn and quartered, his head set above the Western Gate and the rest deposited in gibbets in conspicuous points around the city of Xavax. Messages of approval of the Abiters actions have flooded in from all over the island.

Vix Tiramora and Perdan Defeated in Leibo!

Vix Tiramora and Perdan moved to stop a takeover by the Phoenix of Xavax of Leibo. Despite their enemy having a slight edge going into the battle, the Xavax army routed both Vix Tiramora and Perdan armies in the open field. The wounded Kyara Awesome, Baillivus of Perdan, Duchess of the Golden City, and Margravine of Aix, was captured by Arbiter Aramon Abjur, while Sir Jeames Dacara, Lord Vixir of Vix Tiramora, was wounded by Gia Dragonfyre, who collected the bounty on his head. A total of five Vix and Perdan nobles, including the Lord Vixar and the Baillivus, were wounded in this battle, while only one Xavax noble was seriously injured. The Takeover continues while more Vix Tiramora and Perdan troops pour in.
