Amid the clamor that Sirion encourages half of the Island to take up arms against a single city state due to claims of illegal cessation.  After the umpteenth siege the First Lady exposes the hypocrisy and deceit with a leaked letter from the Prime Minister of Sirion where he acknowledges that a second illegal cessation is being ignored and embraced because of fears of political and diplomatic fallout!
