VIKINGS RUN RAMPANT IN THE CAGLIAN EMPIRE'S MOUNTAIN REGIONS! Peasantry are encouraged to stay inside lest they be killed or raped. If you encounter a Viking and have nowhere to run, surrender any alcohol or horses and promptly run in the other direction. The government is determining the best way to combat the situation. Mysteriously, most peasants with long beards are surviving encounters with very little incident. The local bureaucrats are testing fake beards as a way to save lives.
