Forums subject to Social Contract?

I have a separate question, thinking about it.

If a precedent is set here that violations of the Social Contract can be committed on these boards and brought before the Magistrates for assessment, then how will any actions be enforced? Will you rely on looking for details linking forum accounts and game logins? Or would players have to begin using their family names or a name of one of their characters on these boards in order to be able to find the in-game account and apply enforcement actions?

A proposal has been made in the backroom on how to deal separately with in-game and forum infractions. If it comes about then it will likely be reflected in the current case verdict. Commenting on the proposal here and now will likely be considered sub judice.

This is why I was asking in my topic. I wasn't sure if the magistrates had power over the forum..

The social contract applies to the forums.
