In the old tax system it was possible to impose "extra taxes" on your regions.
I'd like to suggest bringing this ability back, but also adding a new banker ability, "check books" which would allow the banker to find out if a lord is skimming off the top.
Corruption is always fun and it could give the Banker more to do in the current system.
