all enthralled loyalty(12%) falls after mercifel court to 100%

When Pierre held court today it caused a drop of 12% loyalty (and a rise of 7% morale) which he enthralled the turn before by diplomat class actions.
Is this normal, or a bug?
My guts would say a bug.

Not a bug. After you get the Enthralled effect, try refrain from hold court.

The Enthralled effect very helpful to raise morale in a region recently takeover by your realm.

No good if we have too much good thing(consist of Diplomat/Ambassador enthralled action and hold court) 8)

well... as i said.. from what % to what %.

if it's from 112->100 or something like that then it's perfectly normal you would think.
if it's from 101->89.... then eh...

I think it's simply because percentages above 100% are not really intended. Courts and the daily turn IIRC generally reset it back to 100%. But hey, your loyalty is already at its max, that's more then good :)
