Was this a continent wide glitch or only Swordfell?
Its likely the opposite of what you think it is, as I know its that way for D'hara. It's not that we are not having elections we are supposed to, its that we are getting the message we will have elections when we obviously shouldn't. (Quarterly elections with the message for elections less than a month after.
