You have now founded the guild "Northern Swordfighters" by building its first guildhouse.
You are currently the only member of your guild, but you can recruit new members, maybe easily if membership is attractive.
Go to the Guild Management... page to start the guild business.

You also gain 2 points of prestige.

Remember that your guild and especially guildhouses will need some gold in the treasury for regular maintenance duties. 10 gold from the founding costs have been put into the treasury to cover the first few weeks, but if the guild expands, you will need more.

Here is the welcoming public board ;D

Welcome to the Northern Swordfighters.

Only the brave and strong will rise up through the ranks.

Here we are measured in our swordfighting skills.
Here we are bound by our mutual interest to see each members succeed in their aspirations.
Here we are brothers in blood and sweat.

If you think you have what it takes, do come in.

Dare you enter?

perhaps its useful to tell the purpose of the guild.

We try to set up a guild where its members are sworn to uphold a certain code of honorable conduct.
Swordfighting champion(s) need to be respected and detrimental to choosing someones position.
The guild will keep records of duels fought and determine the monthly ranks of its members.
The higher in rank the more likley you should be as a member to vote or apoint such champion.
So its a kind of political sword-fighters guild, become the champion of the guild and the guild will grant you positions(and gold, threw monthly fees).
The idea is that sword skill is a certain factor of determining once valor, honor and strength as a person.
The guild also believes that if insulted or challenged, the guilds members should respond by duel.
Combined with that its more likley that a high trained swordsmen can take a position keep it and defend it.
