I am not trying to convince people to really change their "profession" just add on, if they can. Basically, I am not trying to tell the diplomat he should stop being a diplomat but if you have no subclass, I am just trying to get them to add another characteristic not change themselves.

Trader subclass has restrictions that the lack of subclasses does not. There's really no point in just telling those without subclasses, as they would sacrifice no less than the people who do have subclasses.

I'd say it's fine, but I'd still message everyone instead.
