Where do I complain about Rio? I may slander them a bit, but I never said "Oh Rio is too big they are ruining everyone's fun Tom should split them apart other realms should be forced to wage war on them".

What I say regarding Rio is in no way comparable to what some people say about CE or SA. I never said they were a drain on the continent that needed an OOC remedy or GM intervention.
