If everyone or many are the Thing then I'd have to add the ability for the Things to choose one more role and then... it's probably going to be a massacre with the lone human or two keeping vewy vewy quiet...  ;D

If the Things outnumber humans then WIN for humans is to survive long enough to reach parity with the Things, call for help and escape. Or get recruited.  ;D

Can we get a Doctor role for this? I was looking at the wounded and thought that Doctor seems to be missing. Maybe Doctor can heal a patient who is wounded if no stop heal for 2 days. Or if there is attack, hehehe ::)
