Building many temples in one region

In one realm I am in, the idea has been emitted to ask the Lord of one particular region to build a temples of all religions present in the realm in order to create a "center of religious tolerance". He would do this by joining every religion in turn and leave it after building the temple.

This is not on a SMA continent. Nevertheless, the idea seems iffy to me. Joining a religion should be more serious than that.

Can I get opinions on whether this should be allowed or not?

Since it is not an SMA continent, I don't think it really violates any rules.

I would think that it would be up to the religions involved to decide whether they want someone like this representing them, even in such a small way—and up to the realm involved to decide whether they want someone who obviously takes sacred vows so lightly commanding one of their cities.
