Gary Oak Jr. looks around Professor Elm Jr.'s laboratory. Lot of eggs is lying around. He notices Pokedex and Pokeballs on the table. After his letter credentials are confirmed by the Professor. He shakes hands with Professor Elm Jr. as he looks at all the Starting Pokemons on the Professor Elm Jr. screen. Looking excitedly, he tells the Professor of his starting Pokemon choice “I wish to choose Pichu.”
As Professor Elm Jr. briefs him on how Pokedex and Pokeballs works, Gary Oak Jr. smiles as he hold out his hands and touch the Pokeballs gently. As the Professor concludes the briefing, he promises the Professor to take good care of his starting Pokemon and all his future Pokemons. With Pichu is safely stored inside one of the Pokeballs given to Gary Oak Jr., he shakes hands with Professor Elm Jr. and says his goodbye. His journey has begun!
He steps outside the Professor laboratory to the cheering and giggling of the girls. They clearly have been waiting for him. Holding his Pokeball tightly containing Pichu, the girls look at it and they cheer even louder. His face turns a little shade of red blush as he opens his Map.
Looking on his Map, Gary Oak Jr. eyes set on Cherrygrove City and Route 29 that lead to the city, his destination. He walks briskly to Route 29, followed by the girls closely behind. As he left New Bark Town main entrance for Route 29, the girls are waving the banners and cheering his name.
The weather looks fine today. Walking for a while on Route 29, Gary Oak Jr. looks around for Pokemon to catch. It is time to explore the surrounding and look to catch my first Pokemon, he thought to himself.
