Negative hours

One of my characters performed an infiltrator action while he had 10 hours. It failed and said he had to hide all night, or some such. He now has -6 hours in his timepool. I assume this is a bug? Both the negative hours and that the failed action cost me 16 hours?

He had to hide all night, so he overslept the next day  8)

Yes, negative time is always a bug. Please report this.
