Technically, I agree with you: such messages could and should have been sent IC. However it is extremely minor. Unless it is repeated (and it's not, at least not in the realm channel), I do not see how this would be worthy of a case, or even a discussion.
Yeah, pretty much. Very minor. It's not creating a great rift, just a little OOC aside ('they should get their characters outta there or they will get roflstomped, lol').
