A lawful evil villain may have a personal (as opposed to traditional/legal) set of rules, but he would loath to change them later on, even for personal gain. He may make his own rules, but he sticks to them.

Another trait is that lawful evil villains consider promises and contracts to be binding, even without the threat of enforcement. You don't have to worry about him reneging on a deal.

Can anyone recall Enoch ever taking any 'vows' for the Regency? I meant to avoid realistic campaign promises and reciting any vow that would be counter to his plans, but I don't have those messages and don't remember if I got carried away blowing smoke.
Eoric the Dim (Perdan), Enoch the Bright (Asylon), Emeric the Dark (Obsidian Islands)

Orobos, The Insatiable Snake (Sandalak)
