Yeah it's only you who believes that. It seems though that he ragequit because someone arrested his advy. 
No need to be an ass here, basically calling him misguided or some such thing. While what you said is what I heard, that doesn't make it true nor does it make GoldPanda the only one to believe its for personal issues. Btw, he didn't resign from Magistrates, he deleted his account on both forum and game without telling anyone why afaik.
