I bought Rome Total War 2, but I haven't had a chance to fire it up yet, on account of having the Hearts of Iron 3 bug again.

Anyone playing it?  Any good?

My friend wasn't too happy about the game. Apparently, the game has a lot of bugs plus the depth of the game has become rather shallow.

There seems to be a wide gap between critics' reviews and fans' reviews... I'll probably wait until the worst bugs have been fixed and the mod community has had a go at the game. I didn't play the original Rome: TW and Medieval II: TW games for the vanilla versions either. Europa Barbarorum! Rome: Total Realism! Third Age: Total War! Stainless Steel! I can't wait to see what they'll do next.

Is the game good? I saw it in a retail store while pre-ordering Watch Dogs.
