Title: add warchest amount to army assignment page
Summary: Add the amount in each army's warchest to the army assignment page.
Details: Adds a column to the ArmyAssignment.php page showing the current balance of each army's warchest. A Lord and his knights are not always in the same army. The balance of the army warchests can be helpful in deciding to place their knight in an army.
Benefits: Provides the Lord with relevant information when assigning their knights (or themselves) to armies.
Possible Downsides or Exploits: none that I can think of, the information is available on the ArmyInfo.php page of whichever army the character is assigned.
