Is that really the message we want to be sending here? "If someone is not playing in a sensible manner out of sheer ignorance, but isn't breaking any rules, just try to ignore them until they leave"?
We don't have so many players that we can afford to alienate potential good ones just because they're not breaking any rules.
If you ask/tell a person/child
to stop doing that/don't do that, several times, but they continue to do it, it is no longer ignorance but just being deliberately annoying/disobedient. The only feasible defense would be a language barrier that causes misunderstanding.
