So in all practicality, blaming the duchess for what duchy the lords happened to have their region in is kind of ludicrous.
I'm not here to agree or disagree... But don't you have this backwards? The Duchess took the action, the Lords are always along for the ride if they don't have any warning. The Duchess is the only one that
could shoulder the blame.
