I don't know about the majority, but I'm sure Atanamir will have to take a boat.
I'm sure sea-travel would help, but the migrating horde from the south can probably find lands farther north easily enough on foot.
I do feel bad for Atanamir and the southern realms, though. (Potentially) All those vassal realms pinched in near infancy. Now the question will be do they look for the closest place (cannabilize Perdan), or will Perdan help create new realms in the north with the surplus nobles.
Then again, since the region-loss has been spread among most continents, it might not even make it past Semall. Then I would just feel bad for Eponllyn.
