Missing region tax income

The last tax income we got in Melhed, it seems some of the region lords got strangely low gold income... like, 50% less than usual or none altogether.

Has anyone else had this problem? It looks like a significant bug.

It was a testing-wide bug, caused by a typo in the region turn script.

It affected everyone equally, and caused various other problems besides just not accumulating gold.

However, it should now be fixed.
