Couple of rebellion questions

Caergoth just had one & I realized it's prolly yet another part of the game that's changed and I don't know the latest rules, so as a review for everyone:

1) Any major changes in how rebellions work?

2) Still correct that only one of your two chars can participate?

3) How long do you have to be in realm before you can participate?

4) Is that the same for joining the underground?

5) once a rebellion breaks out, can lords & Dukes still change realm/secede?

All I can think to ask, but any other useful info, feel free to add

As far as i know there haven't been any changes in rebellion.

3. I don't know, but shouldn't be very long. No more than a month. Probably two weeks.
