no realm notification when purchased region joins realm?

Some regions in Dwilight joined Luria Nova by paying off the local officials. At least I presume so since my character in LN got no notice of any kind when they switched from Morek to LN. Is that intended, or should I post it on the bug tracker?

If so, what category would this fall under?

I agree. Lurians buying regions is just wrong. ;)
