Adventurer Recommendations After Realm Change

Howdy - just a quickie this time: Do recommendations that adventurers have earned carry over when they change realms?

That is, Commoner Kepler has 1 recommendation as a member of Kepleria - when he gets captured and chooses to join Pythagor instead, does he lose the recommendation?

They only expire if the nobles who give them to you leave the island.
