Scout Reports

The new shared scout report thing seems to add more messages unnecessarily.

I think it can be improved in two ways.

1) Directly lead to the scout report instead of linking it to where you can find all the reports.

2) Put all available reports maybe under 'Standing Order?'

I would oppose any change that makes the standing orders block any larger than it has to be. 99% of the time it is a complete waste of space.

Linking directly to the report is a great idea. I was planning on suggesting that myself.

Just update the Standing Orders block with a New Reports Available message.

I have already started changes to change the region to link to the scout report directly and the army name to link to the group of shared notes.
