In a large ceremony, your family commemorates the dead Kurlock, a legend known all over the world. For days, the family graveyard swarms with his friends and admirers. Artists compose songs and poems about him, and young maidens cry in their chambers.

I don't remember Kurlock being popular among maidens... I rped about him being unable to find a wife during earlier days of Sandalak.

What will Tasels do now? Their realm is pretty much dead. With Kurlock dead, it might make things better for Tasels to join Sandalak I think.

If they elect Saliv, doubtful they'll get that many to join :p

Good.

Yes Saliv just got my vote as well. Rock and a hard place now Taselak, join Sandalak under Saliv, or join Ikalak and maybe help them win, then look stupid for your constant jibes about them ensuring their actions ensured they would claim 2nd place. Or just don't play on the island for a while.

Or join Ikalak and/or Sandalak and constantly sabotage one or the other in the pursuit of a reborn Taselak.

But you're assuming Taselak is done.  At the rate Ikalak's TO is progressing, I think that's an interesting assumption.

If not this assault, then the next, or the one after that. After all the agreement is still in place. To be honest I was surprised it only took us twice to breach the walls and even start a TO.

Yeah I was kind of hoping it would take another battle or two. If just because my hero is still alive and has no gold left to recruit a new unit.

Saliv is the former judge of Sandalak who tortured all the Tassels.

Given Taselak's "Lord Torturer", I'm not sure many people in Taselak care about it that much. Actually, I'm not sure many people didn't enjoy it...

By royal decree he is now the Lord Torment and no longer Lord Torturer.

Also, it is quite funny that it was Aeneas, of all people, who killed Kurlock (yeah yeah and the militia unit, they just burned his body I guess :p )

I think the majority of Taselak will kill each other and not join either side.

Well I tried challenging a Sandie to a duel but they all ran away!

Saliv is the former judge of Sandalak who tortured all the Tassels.
Ah right that guy, I was never captured by Sandalak :p

He never tortured me, I was too slippery for the Sandal dungeons!

But you're right, the torture was mostly just fun and games between Sandalak and Taselak. I think the only two who took it serious were the judges :P
