Updated many thread titles and icons with Approved, Rejected, Under Debate, and Brainstorming labels. Added Approved, Under Debate, and Brainstorming threads to the first post's list. If anyone would be willing to add approved items to the bugtracker, if they haven't already been added, it would be appreciated. Or, if there are any threads I didn't update that you feel remain unresolved and you'd like a more clear resolution on, go post on them.
