Travel not happening?

Did anyone else notice that travel doesn't seem to be working? You get travel notices like you should, but then you haven't really moved at all. I've noticed this on AT, BT, and EC, and heard reports about it from at least one other on AT.

There was a turn change bug yesterday, but I don't see one in the most recent turnchange logs. Are these reports continuing, or were they one-time?

It was for 2 turns I believe, but this TC everyone traveled again (at least my chars on AT and Dwilight)
