Bug for Creating Duchies

I'm a new Ruler, and I tried to create a new Duchy today, but when I selected everything and hit create, all I got was a black empty screen. Is there a bug for it now, or am I missing something?

As a general rule, if something says it should work, and then doesn't, you can consider that a bug, even if it's actually a bug that it's telling you it'll work in the first place.

So yeah, that's a bug.
