H/p Restrictions Dwilight

I know in western dwilight the h/p restrictions were lifted but will they be going back into effect at all?

I'm not sure what h/p restrictions you think were lifted in West Dwilight.

yea it was for government position. Gelene's ruler was elected only having 6 prestige. I have not checked what it would be now but I was wondering if this is a permanent change. Gelene is pretty populated by older players and new.
