That all sounds like a good enough solution. I think the point that was more important was to be able to be clear that "this one needs flagged". Thanks for the clear answer.
I don't think it was a question of "trust" as in worried about bad intentions, just that they tend to take a "Supreme Court" style of things, where I (personally) think they could look at the big picture a little more sometimes.
(FYI - the reasoning behind asking this has nothing to do with anything in the game atm. I'm a php programmer and we've been dealing with a lot of harassment, Code of Conduct, etc type issues over the last year or so; I was asking myself what would I do if I needed to report something like this in BM, and I wasn't completely sure there was a good answer.)
