Badly damaged armor wounding at only 60%?

Men fighting, getting wounded and dying  - armor only at 60% (now 64%) wounded.

That's the lowest I've ever seen it that I can remember.

That doesn't surprise me. That's pretty high equipment damage.

i have seen it cause problems while that low, but not consistently and not enough to cause deaths.
