Yes and no. Ever since Nikita joined the Senate shes been fighting to allow infiltrators in realms and now it seems the general consensus is that yes harboring infiltrators is now legal. However non-Assassin infiltrators will not be afforded the same protections as Assassin infiltrators.
which is fair, as they have the worst infiltrators on the island and need all the help they can get
