BM was down, yes. Forum and bugtracker and all run on the same domain, so normal they're down too.
As for turn, we'll have to wait for Tom or Tim (or Ethan?) to analyze what went wrong. Probably some things were not up and running.
We'll have to be patient. In the meantime we could use the event to roleplay a bit, huh?
