Automatic bounties

How about adding an option where you can click to automatically take 20 gold out of your tax to fill up bounties every week? Wouldn't that be convenient? Or would it be not worth it?

When I read the title I thought this would be about a system that would put a bounty on the head of a noble if they performed certain acts (like maybe something that the Judge could set up that would place an X Gold bounty on any noble who seriously wounded a noble from their realm).
