So myself I was thinking of an outline as something like this:
1) General explanation of BM, turn change, hyarchie, battle/war focused
2) Explanation of the left menu, part by part
...
Since we'll want to have a tutorial with fancy looking screenshots and all, I think we would need to rethink your first part to more briefly explain what BM is about so we can show them with screen shots as well.
