Yes, but from what I hear the last time Vix saved them, right? I don't think that's now an option... or is it? 
Well no. Caligus almost brought Vix down with them. Their king at the time was sensible enough to surrender before everything went downhill.
Not sure if current allies of Caligus are willing to actually surrender. They might not until Caligus gets wiped out.
