Honestly whichever realm out of Alara, Minas Nova and Perleone can first get their house in order and attract new players is going to be pretty well poised to conquer the other two and become a major power in the south.
Not whoever has Xavax lands will conquer the rest?
But so long they can't spell their own name I give them little chance 
Maybe their latest Ruler wish to change their realm name to more easy to spell
