I actually like this idea and maybe even couple it with fewer honor from rogues? Little bit of both, but not too extreme?
Yes. I think fighting monsters and humans should be different. I'd rather see more prestige gain from fighting monsters and 0 honor gain(or gain honor if you are lower than 50).
