This is not a feature request but a bug due to the Message Attachment System update.
VM title was supposed to show only when writing to the army.

Expanding it to ALWAYS is something Delvin or Vita would have to approve.

Religion ranks is a similar, known, bug. (http://bugs.battlemaster.org/view.php?id=9288)
