"I...erm...of course, Lady Kylio." He eventual replied, before offering his hand once again. This time, Kyomi accepted, mostly as she thought it amusing. Something about a mortal leading a daimon around by the hand made her giggle. Though she was curious why she was being called 'Kylio'. Her name was Kyomi. Did he get confused somehwere along the line?

She had sensed that something other than her was making him apprehensive, possibly relating to this structure they had arrived at, and she was curious to see what that was. Perhaps she would force a confrontation if she could figure out the source of it. Growth was important to mortals, if she recalled correctly.

The palace itself was mostly uninteresting to her. Marble, fancy gardens, silk robed workers, it was all mundane to her. Architecture, well, that she just thought was a boring topic. Bureaucracy didn't fare much better in her mind.

"Are we there yet?" She inquired of her guide, having grown impatient.
"Behavior that's admired is the path to power among people everywhere"
