Just what we need, static pages replacing interaction. We have realms that can't even be bothered with their current bulletins and realm descriptions/welcome messages coughPortioncough, adding more would just serve to replace interaction with a mindless text wall.
What we need even more is a new mechanic that rewards sarcasm.
