Make "battle report" link open new tab

Summary:
In messages, scout reports open new tab, which is good. Battle reports do not.

Details:
Example: "Your unit participated in a battle in Leibo. Your scribe has written down a [battle report]."

"Battle report"  is the bad link

Benefits:
Now if you click, you lose your place in your messages because you go to a new page

Possible Downsides/Exploits:
None(?)

It used to happen.

It changed with the most recent update to the messaging system IIRC.

It is annoying but I try to deal with it by opening them in a new window manually.

It would be nice if they did so automatically once more though.
