Title:
wider spacing on menus

Summary:
screens like Information page have many lists that are hard for clicking

Details:
with new css style for list, can be slowly applied whereever  are these menu lists to make spacing bigger. Example of now and with `padding: 5px 0;`

(I cannot insert image it seems. believe me it is nicer  :D )


Benefits:
easier for clicking, more accessibility

Possible Downsides/Exploits:
maybe some pages get a bit longer, more scrolling, but I think not a big problem. thoughts?

Maybe...put it in the official Feature Request format?

And be a little more descriptive? Which menus? The left navigation menu?
