Give Marshals and Vice Marshals the ability to set up Standing Orders ahead of time and have them update at turnchage. This would allow for people with inconvenient timezones to plan better. For example, the morning turn is at 6 AM for me, and I'm rarely awake for that, but giving orders near turnchange is important.
