Title: Add realm diplomacy colors to Scouting.php
Summary: On the play-travel.php page we have colors to indicate if the realm is friend or foe (or neutral,...). I'd like to have the same on Scouting.php page.
Details: See above, it's all I have to say about it.
Benefits: Consistency. Knowing if you're scouting enemy land or neutral/friendly from a glance (or if you don't know the real status between your realms).
Possible Downsides/Exploits: Coding effort, too many colors on the page, ...
