Diplomatic relationship added on the realm select page

For some what experienced player like me it doesn't matter but if you are a new player, you would probably want some actions instead of being in a realm like Melhed (don't throw stones at me sorry.. ).

I think it is good to add the diplomatic relationship page to the realm selection for the character creation. This might cause an imbalance between realms but this would make people wait a bit longer before they quit like usual.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Helps new players and encourages realms to go to war if they want new players.

Indeed, I agree.

It might encourage hollow war declarations, but even such things open up more opportunities than peace grid-lock, and make things more volatile. I'm all for it.
