Basically the only thing I can remember from my Russian elementary 1 and 2 classes. It's no more eccentric than the anglo-saxons. ;)

Considering the causus bellis we've seen these days, I think "because my neighbor's cat ate my bird" would be a good enough reason for most to declare war nowadays.

I usually use a fork actually. I've never tried hurling my people at a cake. Sure would make birthdays more interesting.
